The passenger who died after being ejected from a car during a rollover crash on Highway 58 just west of Hyundai-Kia Boulevard in California City has been identified by the coroner’s office as 27-year-old David Strong of Vallejo.

The wreck happened after 7 p.m. Monday. Strong was not wearing a seatbelt.
