The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified the person killed in a crash between a sedan and a semi at Highway 46 and Western Avenue in Wasco as 25-year-old Felipe Dominguez.

He was riding with 20-year-old Armando Venegas when the wreck happened Thursday night. Venegas was arrested by the California Highway Patrol on drug charges at the scene.
