Correction to an earlier post: A Kern County judge has ruled that five of nine claims against the Kern High School District alleging discrimination in disciplining students were either inadequate or improper. Judge Eric Bradshaw cited participation by the Dolores Huerta Foundation and other special interest groups in several cases. The claims are still being allowed to move forward.
