Detectives with the Kern County Sheriff’s Office are asking for help finding a person of interest in an east Bakersfield murder case.

They’re looking for a man who may have additional information on the killing of 18-year-old Eduardo Medina, who was shot at a Halloween party at a vacant house on Kentucky Street.

The person of interest is described as a heavyset man in his 20s.
