Police say an attorney used a handgun to scare a homeless man away from his Bakersfield office near Truxtun Avenue and V Street.

37-year-old Vincent Gorski was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, negligent discharge of a firearm and public intoxication. He’s accused of pointing the gun at the man before firing one round into the air Wednesday night.
