Police are asking for help finding a man and woman who robbed a Dollar General on Brundage Lane near South Olive Street in Bakersfield, saying the man pulled a box cutter and threatened workers there with gun violence.
It happened before 10 p.m. on June 2 after the woman was detained by employees, according to a press release by the Bakersfield Police Department.
The male suspect is in his mid-20s, between 6-foot and 6-foot-3, between 185 and 205 points, has short-shaved hair, a mustache and a goatee, and has “KC” tattooed on the back of his head. He was wearing a grey shirt, dark shorts, white socks and white shoes at the time of the incident.
The woman is also in her mid-20s with an average build, between 5-foot-2 and 5-foot-5, and has a tattoo on her right shoulder blade. She had her dark hair in a bun and was wearing a dark-colored tank top, dark shorts, grey or tan shoes, and had a light-colored purse at the time of the incident.
