Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man accused of shooting a 28-year-old in the head at his home on Crawford and North Inyo streets in northeast Bakersfield.

20-year-old Anthony Rivera was found near Goodman and North Baker streets Friday. Investigators say he fled the area after killing Jose Banales on March 13.
