Police say they found a man dead in a pickup in rural southeast Bakersfield.

Investigators found the truck at around 4:20 p.m. Monday near East Hosking Avenue and Cottonwood Road, and say the man suffered injuries in a single-vehicle wreck. His exact cause of death hasn’t been determined.
