The passenger who died in a double-fatal rollover near Arvin has been identified by the Kern County Coroner’s Office as 22-year-old Angelica Figueroa of Lamont.

The California Highway Patrol says Figueroa and the driver were not wearing seat belts when they veered off Bear Mountain Boulevard east of General Beale Road early Sunday. The driver hasn’t been named.
