Bail is set at $750,000 for a 28-year-old accused of trying to kill a woman at a motel on Union Avenue in Bakersfield.

28-year-old Jose Roldan pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon and multiple sex crimes in connection to an incident last Thursday at the Capri Motel.
