Arvin police are searching for a person who they believe is connected with the killing of two men and the wounding of another at the El Potrero Night Club on Bear Mountain Boulevard.

They say 31-year-old Juan Pablo Villareal Vega is armed and dangerous. Vega is 5-foot-5, is shaved bald, weighs 150 pounds and has brown eyes.

Vega may be driving a 1990s Honda with damage to the right-front bumper, according to a press release.

29-year-old Lourdes Velazquez and 36-year-old Salvador Chavez have been arrested following the June 8 shooting. Chavez is jailed without bail and is facing two counts of first-degree murder and a count of attempted murder, while Velazquez was arrested on conspiracy, accessory, intimidation and terrorist threat charges.

Those with more information regarding Vega’s location are being urged to contact their local law enforcement agency.
