The coroner’s office says a man who was found at Gage and Knotts streets in east Bakersfield died from blunt force trauma.

They could not determine 39-year-old Roy Grijalva manner of death. Investigators aren’t sure how Grijalva was injured on March 28, but witnesses think he may have been a hit-and-run victim.
