The Kern County Bridal Association is accepting $6 donations in exchange for blue light bulbs to honor the memory of fallen Bakersfield Police Department officer David Nelson.

The bulbs can be picked up at the group’s headquarters on H Street in downtown Bakersfield. The money will go toward a memorial scholarship fund.
