Kern County Fire says two teenagers are hospitalized at Kern Medical Center, including one with a serious injuries, after jumping from a freight train at Edison Highway and Sterling Road in east Bakersfield.

They say it happened before 1:40 p.m. Thursday, but had few additional details.
