A woman accused of neglect in connection to the death of her 81-year-old mother in Rosamond will enter pleas to murder and elder abuse charges on July 29.

46-year-old Shelly Freeman was in court Tuesday. She was arrested after homicide detectives found unsanitary conditions at Carmen Freeman’s home.
