A man accused of running off to Texas with a 16-year-old girl from Wofford Heights has pleaded no contest to a pair of unlawful sexual intercourse charges in a deal cut with prosecutors.

Maciej Ignaciuk, who went by the alias Max Kozak, was found with the girl last month near Amarillo. He’ll be sentenced Aug. 27.
