The victim of a hit-and-run at Buck Owens Boulevard and Riverside Drive in Bakersfield has been identified by the coroner’s office as 54-year-old Tina Collins of Bakersfield.

BPD says she was struck by an older-model station wagon before 11 p.m. July 15th and died last Saturday. That vehicle’s driver remains at large, according to a press release from police.
