The CHP is investigating a deadly rollover crash that shut down Alfred Harrell Hwy overnight at the Panorama Bluffs in northeast Bakersfield.

An 18-year-old woman was killed and the 17-year-old driver was trapped inside the burning vehicle around 12:30 this morning [wed]. The road reopened around 4:00.
