Additional declines in oil and disappointing Disney earnings led to a mixed day on Wall Street.

The Dow was down 20 points, but the Nasdaq gained 37 points and the S&P 500 added seven points on Wednesday. American crude lost 1.3 percent to $45.15 a barrel.
