Newly released court documents regarding KUZZ reporter Scott Thackrey detail a series of sexually explicit conversations with a 13-year-old girl that began when they met at a Cosplay Convention in Bakersfield, and continued when a detective posing as another young girl contacted him on Facebook. The report says Thackrey sent a nude photo of himself before arranging to meet the officer at a yogurt shop. He told officers he only wanted to say “hi”.
