The Bakersfield Police Department has made an arrest for the July attempt break ins to ATM’s at Kern Schools Federal Credit Union. 31 year old Victorio Marquez of Bakersfield and his thirteen year old son were arrested for robbery of an AM/PM on WIble Road on Monday. Investigators were then able to link Marquez to the ATM crimes.
