Law enforcement swept through the Kern River Valley, arresting 14 adults during an auto theft operation. Members of the Sheriff’s Office, CHP, Bakersfield P.D., Department of Corrections and the U.S. Marshals Service worked together to stop the rise in stolen cars in recent months by conducting a parole and probation sweep.
