The air quality alert that was issued Wednesday will remain in effect until at least tonight. A high pressure system is trapping the smoke from the 186-square mile Rough Fire in Fresno County, and it’s been wafting our way. The bad air combined with triple digit heat will delay the start of tonight’s high school football games by an hour.
