Bakersfield Police have arrested a 13-year-old boy for making a series of false 9-1-1 calls saying a shooting had taken place, and there was a man with a gun near Washington Junior High School. Both Washington and nearby Noble Elementary schools were placed on lock down while officers searched the area. The calls were traced to a cell phone.
