Four people have been arrested for being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the latest sobriety checkpoints in Bakersfield. The Kern DUI Task Force screened 737 vehicles Saturday night and Sunday morning on Oak Street near 18th, and on Truxtun Avenue across from Jastro park.
