Several people have been arrested for kidnapping, torture and sexual assault for an incident at a business on Sterling Road in east Bakersfield. Deputies say a man and a woman were held captive for several days last week. Those arrested are 27-year-old Jessi Giron-Miranda, 18-year-old Alexis Pule, 35-year-old Ingo Gonzalez, and 50-year-old Norik Ter-Balstanyan. Bail amounts range from one to $5-million.
