A two alarm fire that gutted a vacation warehouse near the Calcott headquarters in east Bakersfield is being investigated as suspicious. A man was seen leaving the area as the flames erupted before 3:30 Wednesday afternoon. Both city and Kern County firefighters responded to the fire at East California Avenue and  Washington Street.
