A 28-year-old Bakersfield man who’s been on trial for running over and killing a another man more than four years ago has taken a plea deal. Cosme Presas faces 15-years-to-life when he’s sentenced in November for the death of 29-year-old Eleazar Torres. The Bakersfield Californian reports he changed his story numerous times.
