Bakersfield Police have released a red-light camera photo of a man who stole a car on Bernard Street August 23rd. The picture was taken five days later when he ran the red light at Oswell Street. The suspect is a Hispanic male with a thin build and in his teens or 20’s. The photo is on the news page at KUZZ.com.
