Sheriffs Rural Crime deputies have arrested a 43-year-old Bakersfield man for a series of thefts from area oilfields that also caused thousands of dollars in damage. A Mitsubishi linked to the crimes was found Monday at Landco Drive and Gilmore Avenue, which led to owner Delbert Aldridge. He was picked up at his residence on Wetherley Drive.
