Three teenagers associated with CLC Tech School in downtown Bakersfield have been arrested on assault and gang charges, after a fight broke out in the parking lot. Police say shots were fired around 11:30 Thursday morning on 17th Street near Truxtun Avenue. The incident was videotaped by a witness, no one was hurt.
