Construction work on a pedestrian overcrossing being built in northeast Bakersfield means drivers should expect full lane closures in the area for the next three nights, and five-minute delays. CalTrans says the work will take place between 11pm and 5am morning Thursday along Hwy 178 between Haley Street and Mt. Vernon Avenue.
