The man who caused two east Bakersfield schools to be put on lockdown after he fired a shot into a woman’s car is now in jail. SWAT deputies caught up with suspect Johnny Youngblood Saturday on Park Drive, the same neighborhood where he got into a domestic dispute on Thursday. He was taken into custody after about three hours.
