Kern County Probation is looking for a sex offender who failed to register under the terms of his release. An arrest warrant has been issued for 39-year-old Lamuel Rhodes, who is known to frequent White Lane near the Howard Johnson Inn and Beale Avenue in east Bakersfield, and Planz Road near Edmonton Street west of Highway 99. Anyone who’s seen him is asked to call Officer Anthony Mord at 661-336-6693.
