Bakersfield Police want the public’s help finding a man who fired shots at another man during a fight on Halloween night. The altercation happened around 7:40 Saturday night on 3rd Street between F and H streets. The suspect has been identified as 38-year-old Manuel Garcia. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call BPD at 327-7111.
