The owners of Auto Club Famoso Raceway in McFarland say their March Meet Test and Tune weekend on February 19th – 21st will go as planned, despite a fire that destroyed the new VIP lounged next to the viewing tower. A safety truck was also destroyed around 3:30 this morning, but their highly specialized racing computers and timing equipment escaped damage. The cause of the fire may have been electrical.
