Bakersfield police say they have arrested a known gang member who had a stolen gun. Wendell Allen was at a house on Knotts Drive Wednesday night when the .357 caliber firearm was found on him. He was then arrested on various weapons charges. Anyone with more information is encouraged to call the BPD at 661-327-7111.
