The Bakersfield Police Department has released surveillance photos of the man and the car that seriously injured a bicycle rider in a hit and run crash on Q and 30th streets. It happened around 10:50 the night of December 7th, the suspect vehicle is a light blue Mustang with tinted windows. The news release is posted below.
