A 22 year old man has plead not guilty to charges of robbing and murdering another man in south Bakersfield in 2013.

Ethan Wiley was already in Lerdo Jail on unrelated charges when Kern County Sheriffs arrested him for the strangling of 53 year old Terrence Tsitakis on the 3900 Block of Bianchi Way.

According to The Bakersfield Californian, Tsitakis’s watches and rings were missing when sheriff’s deputies found his body.
