Bakersfield Police have released new surveillance photos of the man who held up the Green House Farms Marijuana Collective on Niles Street and fired a shot at the clerk. Sgt. Gary Carruesco says the suspect entered the business around 12:30 Sunday afternoon, demanding and receiving cash and marijuana. He then fired a shot at the clerk who was lying on the floor, narrowly missing him when the gun misfired.
