The Kern County Agriculture Department is looking into fining Paramount Farms West Valley/Wonderful Company for a pesticide drift incident in Lost Hills.

Many of the 80 workers at a solar construction site complained of irritated eyes and noses last August when Danitol was sprayed on pistachios about a half mile away.

Initial reports of nose bleeds proved to be untrue.
