Another round of forums for parents on funding for local schools will take place tonight in Bakersfield. The three meetings are part of the state’s LCAP directive, or Local Control Accountability Plan, which replaced the some of the state’s unpopular mandates last year. The meetings tonight are 6:00 at Bakersfield, Kern Valley and Arvin High schools.
