Bakersfield Police have arrested a 34 year-old man who admitted to pimping out three women and a teenage girl for prostitution.

Carl Lewis was picked up Wednesday at the Quality Inn on Union Avenue on charges of human trafficking. Detectives say the girl is a runaway from Arizona, and they were acting on a tip from L.A. County.
