Closing arguments are planned for Friday in the trial of Lourdes Olvera, who is charged with first degree murder for her role in the deaths of two men at a bar in Arvin.

The Bakersfield Californian reports her attorney will say Juan Vega was asked to pick her up at El Portero Nightclub in June and did not know he would shoot the victims. Olvera is also charged with intimidating a witness. Vega’s hearing starts March 2nd.
