Cal State Bakersfield men’s basketball came up big on the first night of the Western Athletic Conference Tournament, beating Chicago State 79-57.

Jaylin Airington and Aly Ahmed scored 16 points apiece in yesterday’s rout. CSUB faces Seattle University Friday night in the semifinals.

The women Runners take on University of Texas Rio Grande Friday afternoon in their semifinal match. CSUB defeated Seattle 62-54 in Wednesday’s quarterfinal matchup.
