A 68-year-old man from west Bakersfield has been arrested for reckless discharge of a firearm and for having an illegal silencer.

Police say Craig Kleeman admitted the gun went off accidentally around 3:15 Tuesday afternoon, with one bullet hitting a bus carrying disabled adults and another hitting a residence on Melocoton Court. No one was hurt.
