A Santa Clarita man who was caught with a homemade still at the March Meet drag races in McFarland may be facing charges, but he has not been arrested. Sheriff’s spokesman Ray Pruitt says an alcohol enforcement team found out about it and caught up with the man, who admitted to handing out free samples at Famoso two weeks ago. A search of the man’s home turned up another illegal still, plus some moonshine and marijuana. The case has been turned over to the DA’s office for review.
