Bakersfield police made four arrests in their latest sobriety and drivers license checkpoint, this one taking place late Saturday night and early Sunday on White Lane near Grissom Park. Officers also found 45 drivers without a license in the 736 vehicles that were screened, and 19 people had had their licenses suspended. Twenty-one cars were impounded.
