A Rexland Acres gang member is facing more than 20 years in state prison for shooting at a man and his family in March 2015.

The District Attorney’s office says a jury convicted Miguel Perez this week of threatening to kill a man. After the man came out Perez and others pounded on his car. One bullet struck a family member who was nearby.

Perez will be sentenced April 19th.
