Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 12-year-old girl who is at risk because of her age and a medical condition. Liliana Ramirez was last seen around 8:30 Monday night in the area of Columbus and Oswell streets in northeast Bakersfield. Anyone with information is asked to call BPD at 327-7111.
